YOUR EMPLOYEE IN RENO, NEVADA PAUL BILE spent an hour to find the right way to get a return reservation for my flight. SO NICE. It was very frustrating and took a long time, but Paul never lost his cool, even when the computer dropped the credit card number and we had to give him the numbers a second and third time. A very patient guy. THANK YOU .... he made the reservation for the return trip very easy and we look forward to using American for future flights.
