One Week Later: a visit to the classroom? or a second phone call. Make a video to establish a baseline "This is what I learned, this is what I plan to do and this is how I will get there."
2 Weeks later: What has changed in the class? A classroom visit or a telephone call.
4 weeks later: Time for email support.
60 days later: a phone call with email support
90 days later: an offer to video the changes. "This is what I put in place."
