HOOAH! This is America's Arny Proving Ground. Is this the best game ever? is it even worth downloading? does all that tax dollars pay off this free to play game?! Well let's read the describtion "Do you have what it takes to train like a U.S. Army Soldier? Take on the role of an 11B Infantryman practicing combat maneuvers at JTC Griffin, a fabricated training MOUT (military operations on urban terrain) environment. This training is crucial to your success as part of a Long Range Combined Arms – Recon (LRCA-R) unit, a full spectrum capable team that embarks on special operations missions behind enemy lines." Okay, did this game achieve any of what it said in the describtion? This game is design as helping with the army recruitment, making you want to join the Army, this game will show you what it's like to be part of a team. Did it accomplish that? yes and no. 
Yes there are some moment you're team will revive you and sometime they'll cover fire you. 
But man oh man, some player who join a server usually go for the kills rather than teamwork and cooperation.

-Graphic
It's actually not that bad looking. This game is run on Unreal Engine, the vishual look amazing in everyway; but it had some flaws. The model of the redot sight are terrible, and the sound of all the guns are terrible. The AR15 (M4 and M16) sounds like paintball guns, it's comparible to CSGO M4A1S which sound like a stampler. I do give them credit for the models of the soldiers and the guns itself.

-Gameplay
One shot one kill, or maybe 2 or 3 shots. Gameplay is very tactical with some fast pace action, you kind of got everything from a tatical game: Realistic hitboxes, recoils, and the ability to heal a team player :D. Not much of it, just another typical game with fast pace action mixs with tatical realism.

-can i run it?
For a game running on Unreal engine, don't expect this game to run on an Intel Pentium or Intel family graphic. My laptop is already having trouble running it on 1024x764 around 35-46 fps.

-Verdict
Yes, this game is worthy trying out. It's not what i expected but if you want a taste of a tactical gameplay, then go ahead and plus it's free! no microtranaction.
