Nov. 11 is _____ days from the Winter solstice, the shortest day of the year at Dec. 22.   Thats
19 days to NOv. 30
then another 21 days until Dec 21, so 19 + 22 = 41 days.

From Dec 22 to Dec 31 is 9 days 

ANSWER....
41 - 9 = 32 days.   so on February 1, the sun passes through the five rings again and lights the seal..
January has 31 days, so the date for a second 11/11 moment is Feb. 1
