What if a report had a photo of a person who is not generally considered pretty?

I looked at the image that the Ottawa group selected for their report.  It is often remarked by plastic surgeons that a beautiful face has many average parts.
European features
symmetric features
a profile of a young person
What if the side view had more extreme features?

The Hunchback of Notre Dame?
What physical attributes could we put on the photo so that we are not attracted to the person?
What if we cringe to look at the person?
Wouldn't that be the challenge of the school, to educate a person who did not fit the category of "pleasant to look at" and "Pretty" or "handsome."
